Ag Equipment Sales Representative

Wertzberger Ranch Equipment is growing and looking to add a Sales position to our team!  Duties include Sales of Ag Equipment including Vermeer, Arrowquip, Hydrabed, etc., along with building customer relationships.

We are looking for an Ag Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Alma, KS .

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee retail sales of a variety of Ag Equipment to customers.
  • Maintain relationships with current and new customers and provide after sales product follow-ups
  • Attend tradeshows and events to promote products.
  • Delivery & setup of new equipment.
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment.
  • Collect and maintain customer information.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used equipment.

Requirements:

  • Must be driven and self-motivated.
  • Reliable with 3+ years of previous equipment sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agricultural and farming or operational practices required.
  • Experience with current computer software including Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The minimum of an Associate’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
